ECP has access to the best value real estate in Manta and its surroundings, as well as the coast of Ecuador. Besides having the best knowledge of properties in the area, Garrett and his team will show you around and have a good time. At the end you’ll forget you’re dealing with professionals and realize you have become good friends. They have all the legal advisory necessary for your future investment. Highly recommended group of people!

Richard helped us look at numerous properties in different developments when we were in the market in 2013. He also connected us with a lawyer to help us with the purchase agreement for a lot in the Urbanization Bonita Beach. He went above and beyond being a realtor in that he also connected us with an architect who built is a beautiful home and a cabinet maker who is a real maestro for building and installing our custom kitchen & bathroom cabinets. Richard is a wealth of information for dealing with purchasing and moving to Manta, Ecuador.
