Definitely delicious! We tried the pinllo bread (salt), onion patty with cheese and sweet bread. Compared to the bread from the Sierra that I have tried, this is unique because the texture of the bread is dense, fluffy and soft on the inside, and at the same time, crispy on the outside. We accompanied it with a glass of purple colada that was spectacular. Mandatory stop if you pass through Ambato, super recommended!

It is very good, although they could offer more products, the place is impeccable and the bread is magnificent.
