Attention is good, but the product MALOOOO !! The components do not last a month, broken sprockets, I went for the guarantee and they told me that those were bad and they sold me others, as they delivered that same day and nothing, 2 days with the bicycle and they gave it to me with the same problem, I I have to take it again to tell me the same thing, that the pedal sometimes comes bad and that was what it had, and that that is not part of the guarantee, that I had to buy others, I preferred to take it to another store and buy in another site, very friendly but the product is LOVELY AND THE WARRANTY IS A SCAM. regretting how much very disappointed I cannot recommend you at all! Obviously when I told them that I would not buy anything else there or bothered to respond.

I paid dearly for my hazing with them, they are not to be trusted.

1 star is a lot. We bought 2 bicycles with my wife 4 months ago and until today they don't deliver us well. We lose every weekend when we go to the store located in La Y, so that we can fix the bicycles with their supposed "guarantee". Every time bicycles deliver us with more problems. They have a Daniela supervisor who doesn't know about customer service and "mechanics" that don't know how to fix even the simplest problems. If you value your money and time do not buy here.

They took good care of me, there was what I was looking for, they have spare parts, they made me a discount.
