This company should be re-named to Slowcar. We waited for almost 2 hours to get our car we reserved day prior. The car they gave us was covered in minor scratches which they then blamed us for upon return. A mechanic tried to say the windshield was damaged when all it needed was a wipe with some windex. The back wheel was so bald you could almost see the wire. Luckily there was a spare in the trunk with a jack. It was a miracle we didn’t have to use it. When we tried to use the defrost to help with the dirty inside of the windshield the car would suddenly stall and squeal like a screaming goat. The windshield was a histerical topic of argument when we returned the car. What kind of car rental company doesn’t use windshield cleaner before they send their cars out!? Every employee was extremely rude. Because of the long wait an employee said we could have a free extra day. We didn’t need it so we returned it instead and they wanted to charge us a late fee for not showing up at the same time as the pick up time, which they completely messed up and were 2 hours late. To me this didn’t make any sense at all. This company is a scam and all the employees are thieves. I’ve rented cars all over the world and have never dealt with such ridiculous people/business. We returned the car exactly how it looked from when we got it. I would highly recommend using a different rental company in Quito, Ecuador. These people will steal from you.

DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY! Vinicio Cevallos, Nely Vasquez and ALL of the employees are thieves! My experience with this company was terrible from the beginning. We were in contact with Nely Vasquez and she said our car would be ready at 7:30am. We arrived to find no car was there for us. We waited for almost two hours for a car to arrive. Throughout the process all of the employees were extremely rude and disrespectful. When we finally got the car it was dirty with trash still in the trunk. Upon returning the car we were forced to wait for almost two hours Vinicio Cevallos as they cleaned and inspected the car. They told us that we had damaged the glass by cleaning it with a kitchen cleaning product. The mechanic William was super rude and said that the window was unclean able. I grabbed a rag and got it wet and was able to clean the window in two seconds. They then said that we had scratched the roof of the car, which we didn't and they showed us some tiny specs on the car. They said that we did it and charged us 30$. They are theives! The money is not the problem, even though we were robbed! The problem I have is that they were incredible rude and disrespectful from the beginning. Every step of the way we encountered problems. I feel that this company should close their doors as they are dishonest disrespectful crooks! I have never experienced such poor customer service. Do not rent a car from this company!
