I always like to head to Listo stop and shop store at night. It really is one of the few things open in Quito 24 hours a day. You can grab many essentials like a convenience store but you also have food options on the grill, Dunkin Donuts express, and a Sweet and Coffee shope where you can get great coffee and desserts.
