Bio safety measures were taken at the entrance. I went both on a weekday and on a weekend. Sunday was incredibly busy and crowded and there were more than 70 or more people in line. On Wednesday, it was really expedite. Good, always a place to find what you are looking for.

In general the best selection of not only hardware but household and kitchen goods. Its the only the only place in quito I could find a lemon zester for example.

Just wish customer service was better. We were ignored at times

Unfortunately it is the only place to buy supplies,needs more organization
