Excellent service.

Terrible service!!! They always want to take advantage of the client to avoid taking over their responsibilities as an insurance broker! They never give a solution to problems, what's more, they cause more problems and discomfort. Their advisers are the most useless people there is, nobody knows anything, they always give wrong and incomplete information, nobody gives solution to the problems and they only pass it from agent to agent or washing their hands with the trusted insurance (which is another insurance just as lousy), in addition to having a service so slow that it takes weeks to complete a procedure that in one day is solved. They are the worst! I would never recommend this company to anyone, it would be more advisable that they leave and look for something better.
