EXCELLENT SERVICE !! I had ordered a coat in Europe and unfortunately it came with a button gone. I went to a thousand parts of Quito where they make clothing arrangements and even to the same Massimo Dutti store in the quicentro since the garment was from that brand and they gave me no solution. They told me that “their tailors and seamstresses don't work with pressure machines to put on those buttons” and that they didn't even have spare parts. I was desperate looking for several days in different places until I found this place where I entered and I was attended by a very friendly lady who in less than 5 minutes solved my problem. I REALLY RECOMMEND IT :)
