They have interesting products, but the managers do not have enough knowledge of the products they sell (an evil that is too common in the employees, but when they are small stores dedicated to something specific, you expect to have attention). So it is difficult to have them as a reference and they end up being only an alternative in the case you know perfectly the particular model of the product you are looking for.
