I only use atm but it's work with my USA banks and charges no fees, that's the key!

Worst bank ever. Renewing and obtaining my debit card is taking for ever. There is no good customer service on their call center.

This one lady, with glasses is very rude, she is asking to sign like 4 checks, one because I wrote my signature wrong, the second one because I didn't have a "libreta" This is the worst experience ever, it got me frustrated. Don't recommend to anyone.

It's the only bank that 95% of the staff are always angry, I'm used to always saying hello, and even if you say hello, they never respond.
