What an unexpected gem in this little town. This was a really creative, exciting tasting menu that had a strong sense of place. It was fun to try so many Ecuadorian staples remade into a fine dining tasting menu.
This place is definitely not what ypu would expect in a small Ecuadorian town. Excellent food and service. This is real gourmet food. I highly recommend this place.
