Nice little bar across the beach where you can get some good food and cheap drinks. The ceviche mixto was good and came with fried plantains. The soursop ice cream bar was also good.

Taking a piña colada (6 $). Very good, fresh and lively place with a beautiful view. Family condition like almost any exercise on the island, very friendly, kind and nice. A starting point for improvement may be to spend a little more time cleaning the tables, which are sometimes a bit neglected. Apart from this I definitely recommend the place for a cocktail with friends (I didn't try the kitchen).
