The attention is terrible when one goes to buy tickets or to leave or withdraw a package, the women who attend there live with their bitter faces and treat people as if one were to ask them for a gift and to top it off, they live stuck on their cell phones and they pay attention only when they feel like it. Only the bus service is good

I go to a Loja cooperative at 00:47 and I can see how the driver is on the cell phone checking and sending messages. What a lack of responsibility. He leads lives and then we blame God for accidents. Awareness.

A bus has just left with an hour and a half late, it was supposed to leave 9:30 and left 10:51 ... a real lack of respect !!!!!!

A man without a uniform standing in the door of the bus that left for Quito, in a bad mood and not at all friendly did not even know how to say hello and he only started to check my belongings. He did not know how to answer who he was or what he was doing, My suitcase in the lower part of the bus, and when I got back to the line, he only got more upset with me for telling him if I could get on the bus, but not only did he make a bad gesture to me, like the young lady who was checking the list of passengers, and get on the bus this guy went back to commandeer my belongings without giving explanations of anything and even worse information of who he was. I had a very bad experience with that man, and it caused me great disgust because he gave a service of very poor quality in comparison to what was more, being a company so big I expected that even people who work directly with users have something more educated , and even have a little education about the treatment of users and new customers.
