It's OPEN! Old style building that is cramped and dirty. 10 cents to enter bus area and use toilet. Only spanish signage and very little English spoken so hard for non spanish speakers to navigate. Met a super friendly street dog, he was the highlight of the station, haha!
Nice terminal but nothing special. Like everywhere the people are super nice and there is plenty of space to sit. Quite clean.
I think this beautiful city deserves a much better terminal. It's messy and disorganized. It's hard to get any information or schedules. One of my pictures contains one schedule to Zamora. Hopefully, it will help somebody.

Well run and efficiently. Took two buses from Loja and both were on time. Very busy so for longer trips good to get ticket the day or so before. Good and easy taxi to and from.
