It really makes me sad to have to reach this medium and I hope not to have to place an order at home with you since every time an order is placed through the website or the app, it turns out that your service is getting worse every time , apart from having a high value compared to other pharmacies, the service instead of improving every time to decay is already the 3 or 4 times that they are lousy, and this was the last straw, on Monday I made an order at home for the page web at 2 p.m. in the afternoon, and they told me that it would arrive in a maximum period of 2 hours, being 5 and 30 in the afternoon and given that they did not give importance to the delivery of the product and had to leave the office I proceed to call fybeca, to indicate that they change the place of delivery because no one is going to sleep in my office and if in 3 hours and a half they could not deliver a product I need to deliver it to my home, to which the lady who attended me, knew how to see the mistake they made and redirected so that the p I had arrived at my house since they were late, the order arrived at my house at 7 at night, for that I was shooting my son and I only received the product and signed the papers, and the person left, at 8 and 30 at night the call center lady calls me again, who told me that the product will arrive in 45 minutes, and I indicated that they already delivered me, which tells me that the motorized was just going to leave, Then I tell him that I am going to see the whole product and I find it pleasantly new that they did not deliver the complete product, then once again they are very sorry they deliver the incomplete product and they do not deliver on time, and it took 6 hours, I do not know if the motorized came from the beach or where, then I ask you to cancel what you did not give me since I really do not want to wait 4 more hours for a product, and it tells me what it will do, for that I trust the person and we end the call, after this they call me on the cell phone to tell me that they have made me a note of Credit no money back if not a CREDIT NOTE but WHAT SHOULD I RETURN THE PRODUCT ?????? My question is what product should I return one that was not delivered to me ?, and apart they have not made me the money back as I said to the people of the call center I hope not to have again the bad luck of buying in a neighborhood store like Fybeca , and buy in pharmacies that if they know how to do their job, it is worth mentioning that it is not the first time that a product takes longer to arrive more than two hours in my case as I said at the beginning is the 3 or 4 time, I need to be solved now because apart from being scamming having a crap service, I hope not to hear from you again
