Essential Day Spa en Quito

I had the absolute best experience at Essential Day Spa! The whole staff was so welcoming and kind. I went in for a massage and Michelle did such a great job. I asked for a deep tissue massage and most massages they don’t get deep enough, but Michelle was able to get deep into my muscles and really loosen up my tight back and shoulders. I get massages almost every time I’m in a new country to see what techniques are used and my massage at Essential Day Spa was easily one of the best I’ve ever had! Then, the owner noticed the sunburn on my face from this strong Ecuador sun and gave me an amazing facial. When I was done, my sunburn was gone! I had such a great experience and hope to be back again one day. I wish them much success in their business!

I am so happy that I found this spa while visiting Quito! I had my massage done by Mateo and he was professional, friendly, courteous, and provided excellent service! I chose the volcanic stone massage (Masajes con piedras volcánicas) and it was one of the most relaxing experiences of my life. The inside of the facility is also very calm and tranquil. I also received a soothing facial from Martha to combat my sunburn. She did a great job and was super friendly. I will certainly be back when I return to Quito! I love this facility!

I just had a fabulous massage from Matteo. He's very skilled, very thorough, and his English is great. I'm glad I found this place. I tried the Turkish bath, which is just a chair inside a tent with steam and essential oils. It was pleasant, but not what I expected.
