Specific for the smallest of the house, when they need a haircut. They also perform cuts and activities related to hairdressing in general. A curious fact was that in the first haircut of a child they give him a lock in a holster along with his certificate. The negative is a bit expensive, every adult or child court starts from 6 dollars.
