Also in Ambato the Megamaxi is a good place to buy groceries and anything else. But need more space.

Great all in one supermarket with a wide range of local and imported goods. The highlights are tge cheese selection and the bakery. The boules and baguettes are fantastic as well as the pan con chocolate.
