T.G.I Friday's

I went to this place for lunch today. I was given a bland tasting Jambalaya. When I was asked if I was enjoying my meal. I replied"no". At this time the manager came and took my plate and returned a few minutes later with the same food in a clean plate covered in parsley. All done in silent and no apologies. So you can imagine that I will not be returning to this place with the bad service which seems to start from management down to the service staff. Such a shameful way to treat a customer.

Its okay!! But could improve the food

Don't order any type of seafood you can get food poisoning.

OKish place, good for watching a game but food is seriously lacking in quality. The wings platter we order were nearly raw and the speciality hamburger fell appart because of the terrible meat in it. Probably the worst cup of coffee we had in Quito, as well. The onion rings and the cheese sticks were delicious though and the service was great.

T.G.I Friday's in paseo San Francisco quality of food has gone down dramatically in a very short time. The menu is reduced to a half or maybe more. The service is still the same,which is the standard service here in quito. I had the pepper corn steak yesterday, which is something I normally avoid ordering just in case they mess up the order and the steak comes dry. The server said it was one of the best and I ordered it. I hated it. It was a medium,but not what it was supposed to be. I didn't feel the pepper and the gravey tasted bland. The appetizers were average, nothing special and I really felt that the quality of the food is not what it used to be. This makes me feel so sad! I used to love going to Friday's for a quick yummy bite. I won't recommend it.
