I recommend DO NOT BUY from this store. I bought a scooter with a supposed range of 30 km, and today, after more than 10 months of use it does not even reach 10 km, even though I do not use it every day (once a week) and by far watch out. A very poor quality of the scooter is evident, the tires were punctured 3 times, and when I went to technical service they gave me a date for the repair and whenever I went they told me it would be a day later (they took a week on one occasion) and since it is my means of transportation for shopping, I opted to switch to an imported solid tire (I bought the tire on my own not at Electrobike), a complete disaster. As the comment below says, they are going to end up with an expensive toy (it cost me 600 dollars + 40 for the tire + 20 for a protective plate + I don't know how much in repairs) and of poor quality, better to choose another store that has brands recognized scooter and take care of your investment.

NO AFTER SALES SUPPORT, They're going to end up with an expensive toy I went to buy a scooter, the battery was ruined with less than 50km of travel and even though I am not even asking for the guarantee but I want to buy a battery. They say they don't have to, no less they arrive, I've been waiting since May and they already ignore me in the messages. In the end, buying there is buying an expensive toy with a life limited to the battery. Because they don't even have spare batteries for the scooters they sell. If you want to buy a scooter, look at a place that can give you support after selling the scooter or you will end up like me with an expensive toy and begging to sell me a battery.
