Tatoo Adventure Gear Granados Plus

I had the full service done. Terrible service! The handle bar/fork was crooked. The frame head tube also was loose. They didn't even check for either of those issues. It seems the full check-up is not professional and there is no quality control on repairs. Additionally, they sent an email bill, but when I went to pick it up they had a different receipt for additional charge, and they couldn't explain the difference. Very disappointed and will not return to this shop. There are better shops in Quito to take your bike to for a check-up.

Great service! We had a problem with an Osprey backpack on our South America trip, and all Tatoo stores were very helpful, despite we often had only one or two days in a city. Finally, with the help of a Tatoo store in Santiago we got in contact with Daniel from the Quito store and we could prearrange everything. So we just could show up, they worked like 30 minutes on the backpack to replace the broken part and then everything was fixed. Thanks Daniel and Tatoo team!
