My comment from Ambato, the book sales service of Editorial sm in Ambato is poor (long lines, one week they accept a credit card only for purchases of more than 100 USD, this week they do NOT accept credit cards, among others), they should take action on the matter because although they are wholesale external distributors, they make the Editorial SM look very bad

They should improve the attention, the person who attended to me was not very cordial, I got the impression that my presence bothered me a little, as I was not ready to attend (08h00 am). I asked him a question and his answer was not adequate.
