I think the organization is good. No way to avoid the crowd in the morning, anyway there agents that help the orden. You find food. Buses come and go every five to seven minutes. You can go to several north parts of Quito - Ecuador.

Last station of the Ecovia (Red Line) you can get a bus to the airport from here.
