Learn from my experience, do yourself a favor and do not rent from this company. This company has no morals and will try to scam you out of your money with a multitude of hidden fees and bogus charges. My experience: I received a quote from this company to rent a car for 3 days with the whole package including insurance for a $124. I paid online. Before leaving the storefront with the car I was basically forced to pay an extra $59 in hidden fees that supposedly were in the fine print in the online contract. These $59 were not reflected in the receipt for the car. We returned the car a mere 3.5 hours late with 1/4 tank of gas and expected to pay a charge for the extra day and a fee for the gas. These charges were explained to us prior to renting the car and these were fees we were willing to pay. However, the next day we received a bill for more than $80 including the charges we expected to pay as well as extra fees for "road side assistance, and insurance for an extra day". These charges were never explained to us at anytime. As well, the gas fee was insane amount being over 4x times the going price of gas. We fought the charges over the course of a week and every conversation we had with this company the prices of each charge changed to a different price, all somehow fitting within their $80 bill. The company finally agreed to a more reasonable price of $60 not willing to eliminate all of the hidden charges. I called them one last time politely explaining we would only pay for the charges we were expecting to pay. They said they would call me the next day. They never called. We then received an email showing that they had actually charged us $70, not the previously promised amount. To conclude, Do not rent from this company. They are immoral and cannot be reasoned with. In the end, we paid double the amount we were quoted online all in hidden fees. EDIT: Proof this company simply lies and tries to deceive you. Please see attached photo confirming by them, that I dropped off the car at 10:50pm on the agreed upon day. NOT 9:46 A.M. the next day as they stated in their reply.

I had a great experience renting a car here in December 2020. I changed my mind several times, then had to use multiple cards to pay for rent and the deposit and Melanie was so patient and professional the whole time. I can only recommend this agency.

The female employee there is very kind. And when I have difficulties, I help quickly and do things quickly.

Scam, as other reviews say, they force you to add indurance policies, pretending they are mandatory otherwise they wont rent u the car. And any dispute after that turns into nothing.. extremely disappointed by such a big international company that probably doesn t rule the same way everywhere in the world
