Even though it's a government facilties this place has many plus; the staff both police as well as civilian are very kindly and supportive. The cons are the elevators since they are too old and slow, so in a rush you'd better use stairs that way is faster... finding a parking spot is way too complicated so my suggestion is drive south - north from Amazanas Ave. and make a right, on UMP St. There is a parking place. Since the area contains many public offices there are many shops are and stores, let's say: Supermarket, Cyber Cafe, Coffee Shop, Gym, Bank branches, etc.
