Terrible service, two weeks to assess a claim and still no response. They don't answer anything by phone, neither by post.

The WORST thing I could do is to contract that insurance, it does not work, the lousy attention, does not complete with those that it promises. If anyone recommends any insurance, let me know, thank you.
