Error from your own platform, which does not update and with little information, request my package from a service center and it turned out that I could not receive it and change it to another that is supposedly the closest worse do not check and send it to another canton , and after 3 days to send it to a closer one, in the end I ended up looking for it on this site where they did not find my package when after the call to support they indicated that if they had it and that in half an hour I was in the withdrawal area, It took more than an hour and a half for that package to arrive at the retreat area after I arrived at the place, too much time almost 5 days after my package was supposed to arrive is that I could have it in my hands, very bad experience.

It is a good place and its service is excellent, the bad thing is its customer service, the treatment they give you is not very pleasant, but that is the only drawback.
