Excellent service for the mobilization of my home, all the furniture arrived in perfect condition. Very organized and punctual team. I recommend the company for its excellent work and personalized attention.

2 weeks ago we hired the service and we preferred them over another company that charges by the hour believing it would be more effective. However, although the move was quite fast (in an hour and a half they had removed, moved and installed in the new address) it was thanks to the fact that everything was packed and it was a small apartment. In the end they wanted to charge us "extras" for moving an ironing board, a beanbag, and a mirror. Although they told us that the price changes ONLY if there is something significant like an extra bedroom or living room that was not notified; while the mover insisted that only what is on the list is included in the price. In conclusion, it is not clear between who sells the service and who makes the move, so in the end the price does not match the service (if we had done it for hours it would have been cheaper). I suggest clients to make a detailed inventory of each item so as not to have inconveniences and not to trust the quote; Since in the end it is quite uncomfortable to have an argument, in addition to the tiredness of the move.
