I haven't been in Africa but Ecuador's postal service must be among the worst in the third world. They have one third of the personal they should actually have. The Ecuadorian Customs service is another bloody headache. Full of nonsense excuses, totally careless, disorganised, totally cinical, inoperant and fully incompetent. I have had to await up to 90 days or 3 months to receive small items bought through eBay. In summary a really bad service and by the way nobody speaks English. Welcome to the socialism of the 21 fart ass.

Change the schedules without they will not attend

This place is about to close its doors for unknown reasons and there are too many people waiting to pick up their packages from Aliexpres for example, and there is one person dispatching and their attention is from 8:00 to 13:30 and sometimes there are two people to dispatch the packages on problem is also that you have to be in the back and forth several times because your package has not been found yet, this is very tedious if you are waiting 5 months for your packages.
