Since the Lenin Moreno government arrived, it is the worst thing that Ecuador has more than 1 year, no ghost deliveries appear if all product and payment are lost to the Ecuadorian post office and no one responds since the state is closing it, this is Ecuador before it was better than I had my country

I understand that due to the liquidation and closing process, more time is taken to deliver the parcel, but my shipments arrived in Ecuador in February before the pandemic and it was only at the end of October that I could receive them and not at my address, but at one of their branches, their method was supposed to tell you online, they charged you for the parcel service to your home but no, I had to go to pick up my shipments at their establishment, so why the charge? Not at all satisfied with your service, too much bureaucracy that hinders the customs clearance of shipments to Ecuador. Completely disappointed in his work.
