Monthly delivery times, slow customer service, and high prices have caused the ire of thousands of users, including myself. It is not the fault of the staff because the couriers or the people in the agencies have treated me as well as in other agencies. The problem is the system and the management have many assets but it seems that they plan everything wrong on purpose, showing that they do not care one bit about their clients that we are the ones who pay them because it is a public company.
