TIPTI Supermarket

General okay but they always switch you to more expensive items when one of the products you ordered is out of stock. The problem is that they don't tell you its more expensive. In the USA we would call this bait and switch. I don't like that they charge your CC for items that are not available then give it back as a TIPTI credit. They should not charge for something they do not deliver. I have had lots of problems with this company.

The truth is good service at first but now they don't even answer the phones is a total lack of professionalism, it seems that the business is too big for them, they have not been prepared to face a contingency and lastly they say they attend to the elderly, it is not true. At least for an explanation and don't hide ?? 😡
