It really deserves 1 star for the following reasons. The service was good but the doctor's experience was not entirely professional. One of my dogs underwent surgery for a wound on his back. The doctor recommended me to close the wound, which was not the best decision. Since it was infected more. It was disinfected, analgesics and other expensive injections. It turns out that 1 week later my dog ​​was worse, the wound was swollen and seemed to have pus. Try to communicate with the doctor but I do not answer. She was taken to another veterinarian in which they opened the wound and there was so much pus and infection that she had to stay in the hospital for 1 week, apart from all the cures, treatment, etc. If from the beginning the doctor recommended me another solution or not to cook it would have been much better. For the lack of professionalism, lack of medical knowledge, regulate facilities, instruments in poor condition, but with a more or less good service I give 2 stars. There are other veterinary clinics with more experience and comfortable prices.
