Does not close at 5 as indicated here. I was waiting inside the bank until my shift for an hour just to deliver my document. I was already in two until my shift and I literally went out a minute to deposit a check in the machine. At 430 I returned to a cement-headed guard who did not allow me to enter, although it was my turn and my document at the adviser's table. Even she asked me to let me in but ignored it. Good attentions ruined by a useless guard. And don't tell me that he's only doing his job because I see everyone using cell phones etc.
