I was in Machala 2 years ago, back then I was pleasantly impressed by its beauty and progress, beautiful parks and clean streets, its impeccable pools with clean water and extraordinary lighting. I visited Machala recently, finding with great disappointment that all this is changing, the regenerated streets and parks extremely dirty, the water in the pools is no longer crystalline, you can see the dirt and lack of maintenance, many decorative luminaires are already They do not work losing their charm especially in Colón Park. I hope the authorities do something to recover these wonderful works done by Mayor Falquez Sr.
