Bad attention. In the positive parking staff there is a lady, she is an engineer. She is very despotic and disrespectful. He does not have the slightest knowledge of customer service or interpersonal relationships. There is no training for public employees to provide adequate care. What a pity that we Machaleños have to put up with this mistreatment.
