Terrible service!! I was there to obtain information on how i can get a cedula for my American Husband and no one was able to direct me. The security guard was rude and said the only information is Online. Once i visited the webpage, the information there was bad. Im a Spanish native speaker and I can only imagine the experience for someone who can not speak Spanish.

Too much attendance of people despite having an established shift, it is advisable to go an hour before the indicated shift and have the amount paid per apostille document, in addition to having all the signatures per document that they request. The queue may take 1-2 hours to advance, per process it takes an average of 20 minutes. In addition, the deposit must be made in the name of the person who is going to carry out the procedure in case a third party carries it out.

Honestly, one calls never answer or emails absolutely nothing, and when one goes to the offices they say that everything is by mail. 🤔🤔

Terrible attention, they have canceled a supposedly virtual appointment, and they tell me that it is now face-to-face, why didn't they tell me about that before? I could have gone to my appointment in person. Useless.
