Terrible service!! I was there to obtain information on how i can get a cedula for my American Husband and no one was able to direct me. The security guard was rude and said the only information is Online. Once i visited the webpage, the information there was bad. Im a Spanish native speaker and I can only imagine the experience for someone who can not speak Spanish.
