Agile and good service

I had a shift at 9:10 to get my license but it turns out that they treated me at 10:30 approximately, it should be noted that I arrived 20 minutes earlier as recommended at the time of booking the shift. Employees who work there lack a little kindness and are continuously in their posts because at times all disappeared I do not know where they were going or what they did.
