My experience was very unpleasant, the only one who was kind was the security guard who made me pass very cordially inside I approached a desk and asked a lady who was interested in a truck and she told me that at the next desk they could help me was with the only person I spoke to then wait and wait because the lady in charge of the trucks was busy so wait for half an hour and leave because no one even came to ask me what I needed or offer me a glass of water I was with my brother so it made us so disgusted to see many unoccupied people and nobody took us into account, we retired and went to the side of the Chevrolet where it was quite the opposite. but well the only thing that I wonder as a firm how the prestigious Hino can depend on people who have no knowledge of and customer service and I think the guard should be the manager because he was the only one polite ..
