Payless

This was the first Payless in Santo Domingo. In my opinion, and according to my observation, the shoe models in the Payless Shopping shop run out first than in the one here. So it is a point to take into account. There are not many beautiful models, from time to time beautiful models come but they tend to run out quickly, so buy batteries. Models are not great.
