This is a traditional liqueur from the canton of Zamora, it is prepared with guarapo, rib of bull, leg and beef tongue accompanied by tropical fruits.
its ingredients are
• Guarapo
• Nerves of bull, chicken and pigeon
• Tongue, legs and brains of res
• Tropical fruits
Preparation Mode:
The guarapo is left to ferment for 3 days, then it is distilled to obtain the drink, then the nerve of the bull, chicken and pigeon, tongues, legs and brains (neonates) of beef are added. Finally any fruit is added to obtain the flavor.
