A nice park in Pintag town, the closest town in the way to Antisana's National Reserve. You can take a break before the freezing wind and the altitude. Ask for "Carlitos" at Paquita's Store. "Carlitos" is bread, filled with small pieces of cheese mixed with sugar. I may say they are just great! If you are curious you can ask Paquita too ( in spanish of course) why are they called "Carlitos".

Picturesque place with the living soul of the Ecuadorian people. It is calm and peaceful. Do not stop eating the tortillas stuffed with cheese in the middle of the square, they are divine.
