As soon as I arrived in Cuenca, I wanted to have cash from the Banco Bolivariano ATM and this blocked me with the debit card of La Caixa, from my Spanish account for which purpose? why? from here the calvary ... be careful, it is better to carry cash than to feed these hpp. Google when they put the option not to mark stars.
