I had Generali for several years when I moved to Cuenca. I only had one event where another driver ran into me stopped at a red light and damaged the rear of our car. I was able to get the car fixed at the dealership where I bought it. They did not replace the metal panel as they promised me they would when I signed up. The car did however get repaired professionally and in a reasonable amount of time. I did not get any rental car and had to go without a car.

Terrible service, for 2 consecutive years, I purchased insurance for my car, but due to an oversight I did not realize that Generali never called me for renewal, as it did until last year, because not even I could go to the bathroom, without I would miss a call from Generali, the truth is that my car was without insurance coverage, and I was not even aware of it, but it turns out that 1 week ago my car received a collision, and urgently I wanted to contact a Generali claim service , and all my calls were unsuccessful, the attention that a person gave me on the phone, it seemed that I was talking to a disabled person, and for a change I called the insurance broker, and she was worse, because she advised me that I will negotiate as if was buying potatoes in a small town market.
