A terrible service is the worst public establishment in which I have had to process, some of the officials have a bad temper and the agglomeration due to the same misinformation of the guards and officials is terrible, there I would like to see that those of the cantonal coefficient do something xq today we were more than 200 people crowded for a shift and nobody does anything to solve this terrible problem

A suggestion, they should fix this error since when I want to schedule a marriage appointment in Cuenca, I do not get the agency that is in Luis Cordero or the agency in Av. Mexico, only Agencia San Blas (Cuenca) leaves, which does not exist a civil registry in San Blas.

The attention is very poor. It is ironic because citizens pay for the paperwork and it seems that the officials do us "a favor." We must demand quality for the service we pay. Most modules are unoccupied how you can see the pictures taken at 2:40 p.m., normal business hours. We are waiting for more than four hours for attention.
