Today I visited it, we lined up without knowing that they divide users into clients and visitors. Even if you are a client, if you do not have the debit card of the cashier or as in my case you did not take it, they send you to do the queue again in the one of the visitors. This process is not properly signaled and they do not value your waiting time.
