The clinic itself is good, the staff are good, kind, always friendly, but not Dr. Natalya Nesterovich. Back in the distant time, I was advised to visit this clinic to Natalia Nesterovich. To put the braces, she took 3 teeth to me, well, that's okay, I had to do that, no doubt. The first two visits, it seemed to me that she was a good doctor, but it turned out to be in vain, after two visits I was disappointed when I started to be rude to me. Once an arc bit into my cheek, I went to her (I myself was not from the narva and was advised because there was no queue) and then I remember she ran into me that all this had to be done for money and was screaming (although she paid for her haigekassa) ... I became afraid to go to her appointment, and I had to wear it for three years. Then, crunching for a while, I came to her, then the elastic bands, then the braces fell out and then I remember she was so torn off me. They were removed to me later. A month passed, I came to her with retenol (I don’t know what it’s called correctly, the arc was glued behind the teeth at the top and bottom), she then put it on glues and then it fell out, and I took it with me to tell and show her what to do in general, she told me why they were to me and in the end threw them in front of my eyes and shouted that these things cost 1000 kroons that you have to bet for your money. I refused, 5 years have passed since that moment, they have already switched to the euro. But the adhesives interfered with me (both above and below), I went on the advice of Dr. Tarum (a friend of mine put it and was satisfied), but she could not help with anything, she said it was necessary to go who put it. Well, that I had to sign up, I hoped suddenly changed. I come, it's good that the money was taken from me. I went into the office and explained the situation calmly. She told me, and where the arc (and the second one also flew out later), I say you threw it yourself out, she said there was no need for a new one, but then I refused. She began to be rude to me, why am I making this up and that she didn’t do anything to me, but in the end she took off in 2 minutes. In general, after this visit, I no longer have a foot there and if she was left alone on the planet as a dentist, I wouldn’t go !!!!! And if I went to this clinic, then to her husband, everyone praises him (many of my friends were with him), everyone is happy. And most of them say negative things about her, unfortunately. And yes, the result of the braces that she put on is pointless, all the teeth shifted back and, moreover, they began to look worse, and then she went to the Tartu clinic to put new braces, which were removed three years ago and are still not happy. I only put 5 stars due to the fact that: -Location is good -Quality of service at the reception (staff are good) -Many of the acquaintances were very pleased with her husband -Records are not long -Services are not that expensive -Work from 8 am, which also means a lot

Good location. Convenient because you do everything on the spot - X-rays, treatment and removal. Friendly staff. I undergo treatment only in this clinic

If there were stars in the red, I’d put it. A complete disaster, from the assistant to the orthodontist himself, who would do well to knock down the crown. It seems that the doctor was stuck somewhere in the middle of 2000, not full competence and professionalism. Madame Orthodontist just doesn’t want to finish someone’s work (because of the coronovirus they couldn’t get to her doctor) she wants the full amount for fixing the largest (3000 €) Previously, they were placed on 5mm and 6mm, now even 9mm can be set, this is closer to the axis of the tooth. It is these Braces that must and must be highly positioned in the pit to protect the smile, she apparently hasn’t heard about this yet. In fact, 50 € per visit !? Consultation 45 and 5 per visit ??? There was no consultation, 50 € for 8 minutes is simply the top of the "skill"! Money scam and intimidation that nothing is right with you and I can’t work like that. People don’t waste your nerves and of course money!

Arriving at the clinic, met the administrator - do not hello, nothing. With a displeased face, something grumbled there ... and buried herself in her phone. And having stayed with the doctor for 8 minutes, I had a question on braces, not a person, not an examination, but just a question - you have 50 euros !! 50 euros .... made conclusions, I do not advise anyone!

I have never met a more professional doctor than Alexei Nikolaevich in my entire life. And a dentist from another clinic advised me to contact him.
