Noorus Spa Hotel

Very poorly maintained and not recommended: - worn-out furniture in the hotel - unprofessional bartenders in the SPA area. Aperol Spritz cocktail tasted like sweetened soda water - overcrowded SPA area. There was a feeling that there is no limit for daily pass visitors - restaurant declares that they have oysters every Friday and Saturday. When we came for a dinner, there was no oysters - there is a Finnish sauna with beautiful view on the forest and the sea, but staff doesn't even bother to clean the windows to enjoy the view - you are not allowed to visit the SPA area after check-out at 12:00. Are you kidding? It was never an issue in all worldwide hotels, where we stayed in - extreme slow check-out procedure. There was a queue with dozens of people and just 2 persons are in charge of check-out procedures. We stood in the queue for 20 minutes. Support local hotel business? No!

All the personnel left a bit of jaded impression. Like they didn't really want to be there nor didn't we feel very welcome anywhere by the personnel (the restaurant, the spa etc). They should probably pay them more, so they would more happily stay at work. Don't take meat balls from kids menu in the restaurant - it was super dry and tasteless. Our kid didn't have any of it. :) Main courses were good. The SPA was fine. And the room was clean and nice with comfy blankets.

Beautiful beach behind the spa. Hotel is nice, clean and rooms are modern. Staff speaks estonian too. Only weird system was booking for spa treatments. You booked treatments online, but you had to choose the date and time when you arrived and had to go for spa treatment reception to do that. Spa itself was nice, quite spacious.

Best duck we have ever had 🤤
