Meresuu Spa & Hotel

The building is rather outdated. SPA would need some serious repairs as there are a lot of things that simply don't work. Service could be better and more customer oriented. Would not recommend taking buffet dinner, I'd rather go to some nice places nearby. Rooms however are decent.

Stayed at Meresuu 2020-08-28 till 2020-08-28 and got Junior Sviit room, so what I got: - floor in the room with full of skratches - dirty walls - possibility to see new fancy way of fixing sraches on door frame with marker, nice try but color did not match😊 - total disaster in bathroom - A/C with no possibility to adjust needed temperature or turn it off - Inner doors' hinges need some grease - WiFi connection is poor - check pictures..... As separate topic: service level in hotel is very poor Dear Meresuu Spa management I really hope that this feedback will teach you and you will take needed actions, otherwise, with such an altitude you have a risk to stay with no visitors.

Very nice, clean, customer friendly hotel. Perfect for children.
