Certainly a cool and cozy place in summer but severely overpriced in winter. The price / quality ratio is far from over. It's dog-friendly, but you have to pay a lot. Otherwise clean, but rather not recommended.

Clean, neat, beautiful, but there was some tension in the room, it was cold, soundproofing in room 0, neighbors turn on the water audibly, the ceiling trembles, the signs are strange everywhere. one plus is parking for cars
